AJ Styles will meet with Nick Aldis to discuss his future on WWE SmackDown.

In a backstage segment on the May 17 episode of WWE SmackDown, AJ Styles commented on his losses to Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton in recent weeks. When asked where he would go from here, he said he would meet with Nick Aldis next week, and “we will see from there.”

Plus, after Chelsea Green and Piper Niven interrupted WWE Women’s Champion Bayley’s interview, she challenged Green to meet her in the ring next week. It was unclear whether that meant in a match or otherwise. Green teased facing Bayley in a tweet.

Next week’s show will also feature the semi-finals of the King and Queen of the Ring tournaments. Randy Orton will battle Tama Tonga, and Bianca Belair will clash with Nia Jax. All four competitors won quarterfinal matches on the May 17 episode of WWE SmackDown. Orton beat Carmelo hayes, and Tonga defeated LA Knight. Meanwhile, Belair beat Tiffany Stratton, and Jax beat Jade Cargill vis disqualification.

  • AJ Styles meets with Nick Aldis
  • WWE King of the Ring Semi-Final: Randy Orton vs. Tama Tonga
  • WWE Queen of the Ring semi-Final: Bianca Belair vs. Nia Jax
